On October 31, 2025, all the staff of Jiaan Tie Fire Protection Organization held a monthly training session. Chairman Zhang Lei, based on his insights gained from the courses at the National Development Institute of Peking University and the actual situation of the enterprise development, gave a special training session titled "Leadership in Prosperous Times" for everyone.
The leadership of a prosperous era refers to the ability of a leader to fully utilize internal and external factors such as favorable timing, geographical conditions, and human resources, to accomplish the desired tasks at the lowest cost, improve overall efficiency, and create and maintain long-term national prosperity, cultural achievements, military prowess, and a remarkable stage of social development.
The meeting began. Chairman Zhang Lei, drawing on the historical and cultural stories of the Han-Tang era's development, combined with the geographical locations of the Dunhuang Mogao Caves, the Yumen Pass, and the Hexi Corridor, systematically explained the rise and fall of the three types of civilizations - the river civilization, the nomadic civilization, and the oasis civilization. He analyzed and introduced the factors and conditions that led to the formation of the Han-Tang， and emphasized the importance of leadership in the prosperous era.
Currently, the world is undergoing a major transformation unseen in a century. The world's political landscape and internal and external environments are complex and volatile. Leveraging the formation factors of leadership during times of prosperity, Chairman Zhang Lei systematically expounded the strategic thinking of "To stabilize the Central Plains, one must protect Qin and Long; to protect Qin and Long, one must fortify the Hexi Region; to fortify the Hexi Region, one must expel the Western Regions". He also put forward four requirements for cultivating leadership during times of prosperity to all of you: First, cultivate a broad perspective. Require everyone to look beyond the short term and not be confined to the fire protection industry and the current domestic situation. Further cultivate an expansionary spirit, actively try, be brave to try, actively break through thinking barriers, and quickly break through cognitive limitations; Second, cultivate an open mindset. In the face of fierce market competition, everyone should maintain an attitude of autonomous and voluntary learning, constantly learn new things, learn from benchmarks, benchmark excellence, integrate new ideas and new methods, and further cultivate and build a larger framework for oneself; Third, have the courage for progress. Require everyone to maintain an active posture, be brave to strive for the lead, and forge ahead, effectively stabilize the domestic market, actively explore overseas markets, and use practical actions to create a new market landscape; Fourth, have advanced institutional guarantees. Currently, the transformation and development of Juzhetong Fire Protection have entered a new stage. The company's system is also constantly adjusting and improving.
